1.1 Contact form

Data collected: name, email address, company, telephone number and message.
Purpose: to process your request and enable our sales department to contact you again.
Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and/or AGIS VOYAGES’ legitimate interest.
Recipients: AGIS VOYAGES’ management and sales department.
Retention: 3 years from the last contact if you are not a customer; the applicable statutory period if you are a customer.

1.2 Newsletter subscription

Data collected: email address (and surname/first name, if requested).
Purpose: to send you our news and commercial offers by email.
Legal basis: express consent via a dedicated, unticked checkbox. Not ticking the box does not prevent the contact form from being submitted.
Retention: until you unsubscribe, or 3 years from the last interaction.
Unsubscribe: via the link in every email or by emailing contact@agisbt.com (subject: “unsubscribe”).

1.3 Processors

Data are hosted and processed in HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Limited), within the European Union (Germany).

Audience measurement tools (processors):
Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) — audience measurement.
Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) — anonymous session recording.

These tools are activated only after consent has been obtained via the cookie banner.

1.4 Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing of your data, as well as the right to object and to data portability.
